All product designs, product names and content included on this website are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You are bound by the contract of purchase, when You click “Complete payment” and the receipt appears on your screen.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on the website and possess a valid payment method that is accepted by us.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract of purchase in one of the below situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:

Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified

Your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or placed in connection with a criminal offense or other unlawful activitie

There is an inadvertent error on the website, such as a payment error.

We have reasons to believe that you are under the age of 18

We do our best to ship your order asap.  Delivery time will vary depending on the delivery location.

We deliver in the EU countries and Norway. If your location is not on the shipping address list when placing your order, we encourage you to contact us at: hello@cartonki.com We might be able to help! Unfortunately we do not deliver to Svalbard.

We’ll notify you by email when your order has been shipped.

You should receive an sms or email when your shipment has arrived to your nearest post office

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courrier company. If you are missing your goods, Email us and we will assist you with tracking your order.

Shipping rates will be updated as you fill out the delivery address in your shopping cart.

We can only process your order if the delivery address is a residential address or a business address in one of the countries on the “We deliver to” list. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

If You have any changes to your order after completing it, please contact us at hello@cartonki.com If your order already has been sent from our warehouse, You cannot make any changes to it. The order will be sent to the original address.

Please note that if we receive packages that have not been collected, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment.

If you notice damages or incorrect items at the time of delivery, you should refuse to receive the goods.

In case you wish to complain about the goods purchased from us, please contact us at hello@cartonki.com.

You may change your mind and return your purchase within 14 days after the goods have been delivered. You have to notify us at hello@cartonki.com if you want to return your order.

Please note that sale items cannot be returned.

Costs related to returns are on the customer. The customer is responsible for the shipment and we recommend shipping with tracking to make sure you always keep track of your parcel.

Damage done while returning / shipping the product to our warehouse is your responsibility. Please make sure You pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the product and the box. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as a proof of sending the items back.

We will notify you once we have received your return. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the products at our warehouse and examined them. If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be resold as new, we will give you a full refund of the product price. It can take up to 10 working days before the refund is visible on your account.
